1. Must be at least 18 years of age;
2. Must show proof of remote work using digital technology;
3. Must show proof of sufficient income which is generated outside the Philippines;
4. Must show proof of no criminal record;
5. Must have health insurance valid for the period of the DNV;
6. Must be a national of a country that offers DNVs to Filipinos and where the Philippines has a Foreign Service Post (FSP);
7. Must not pose threat to the internal or external security of the Philippines; and
8. Must not be employed in the Philippines. Foreigners who are issued valid DNVs must maintain compliance with the abovementioned conditions during the validity of their DNVs.
