ADVISORY

The Philippine Embassy advises all voters who have already received their official ballots to accomplish and send them back to the Embassy as soon as possible.

Voters should ensure that their ballots are received by (not sent to) the Embassy on or before 12:00 noon of 13 May 2019 in order to be counted. For this purpose, voters are enjoined to:

  1. Send the accomplished ballots to the Embassy by mail no later than 9 May 2019. Please note that Post NL does not deliver mail on Sundays and Mondays; or

 2. Personally bring the accomplished ballots to the Embassy on or before 12:00 noon of 13 May 2019.

Registered voters who have not yet received their ballots are advised to contact the Embassy for arrangements on how to get their ballots. Please check COMELEC’s website to verify if you are a registered voter [Certified List of Voters (CLOV)], and then the Embassy’s list of registered voters whose ballots are for pick up at the Embassy [Pick-up List].

Thank you.
