One-Country Team Meeting. The Philippine Embassy had a productive planning session with its Service Attachés and honorary consular officers and staff via video conference. Officials led by Ambassador J. Eduardo Malaya went over plans and programs of the Embassy’s different component units for the year.
Attendees were Consul General Lolita Capco, Consul Jarie Osias, Consul Marianne Bringas, Consul General Eppo Horlings (Amsterdam), Consul Ami Henriquez-Mendez (Aruba), Labor Attaché Atty. Delmer R. Cruz (Philippine Overseas Labor Office - Berlin), Commercial Counsellor Magnolia Misolas-Ashley (Philippine Trade and Investment Center - Brussels), Tourism Attaché Margarita Patricia R. Valdes (Tourism Office - Frankfurt), Agriculture Attaché Dr. Josyline C. Javelosa (Agriculture Office - Rome), and Ms. Suzanne Melis and Ms. Elise Farrelly-Verheij representing Consul General Albert Bos (Rotterdam).
Consul Osias presented the Embassy’s 2021 accomplishments, 2022 major projects and its medium/long-term goals. The attached agencies and honorary consulates followed with their respective reports.
Among the major activities for the year is to organize and host an investment forum for Dutch businesses in October, with focus on agribusiness and other priority fields.
