31 March 2017- The ASEAN Committee in The Hague (ACTH) composed of resident diplomatic missions with accreditation in The Hague, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam called on senior officials of the Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM) in Amsterdam last Tuesday, 28 March 2017. The visit to KLM headquarters is part of the Philippines’ on-going efforts led Ambassador Jaime Victor B. Ledda as ACTH Chair to increase awareness about ASEAN and ACTH among stakeholders, notably on the occasion of ASEAN’s 50th year anniversary, the Philippines’ ASEAN Chairship this year and 40 years of ASEAN-EU relations. The meeting presented a good opportunity to exchange views on and explore possibilities to expand ASEAN-KLM partnership in a dynamic global society.
