The island of Sint Maarten in the Caribbean has been devastated by hurricane Irma, a Category 5 storm.

The Philippine Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands (The Hague PE) is currently coordinating with the Dutch and Sint Maarten authorities with a view to assessing the extent of the damage and determining if there are Filipinos who have been affected by the storm and require assistance.
